swIPe: Network Layer Security for IP

swIPe (not an acronym!) was the precursor of IPsec. This is my presentation at the 26th IETF (March 1993) IP Security working group.
Talks from my Mobile IP days
MobileIP is one of the oldest working groups at the IETF, even though
I had demonstrated working code at the first working group meeting
(23rd IETF, March 1992; there had been two BOFs before that). Here
are various talks I have given on my version of MobileIP, and on
wireless/mobile networking in general.
